Alternative Upload Method / Virtual DropBox

If you are not able to upload your order file via the software and have tried the suggested fixes from our Support Centre then you can also send your order files to us using our Virtual DropBox.

Software Orders:

1. Using the order wizard in our software, create your order file. This will package your order layout, contact, delivery and payment details into a secure and encrypted file.
   
   
2. The order file (file extention .pao) will be saved to:
   My Documents/Clickonprint PhotoBooks/Order Files/'your_filename'.pao.
   Please note that this file is different to your working file (file extention .epb) which is saved under PhotoBooks
   
   
   
   
3. Using our Virtual DropBox, enter your contact details, select your order file and click the 'Sent It' button to upload your order to us. Please keep this page open while your file is uploaded, a confirmation message will be displayed and an email sent to confirm the upload was successful.
   
   

PDF Orders:

1. Export your pages and cover as high-resolution PDFs (ensuring that the meet our specifications).
   
   
2. Using our Virtual DropBox, select the PDF files and enter 'PDF PhotoBook Order' in the subject line with your contact and order details in the message field.
