IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS, USE OR INSTALL ANY PART OF THE SOFTWARE, SERVICE OR DOCUMENTATION.

1.0 GRANT OF SOFTWARE USE

1.1 OWNERSHIP The Software, Documentation and Services are owned or licensed by Clickonprint and are protected under intellectual property laws and shall remain with Clickonprint or their respective owners.

2.0 LIMITED WARRANTY AND INDEMNIFICATION

2.1 Clickonprint warrants that the Software used on this website shall operate substantially in accordance with the functional specifications as detailed on this website. Clickonprint does not warrant that the Software or Documentation is error free. If a defect in the Software appears, Clickonprint shall promptly repair the Software.

2.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall Clickonprint be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits whilst organisations are using this software.

3.0 FORCE MAJEURE. Clickonprint shall not be liable for any disruption or failure to provide the services herein contemplated if caused by a force majeure event or other event beyond the control of Clickonprint.

3.1 GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Queensland and Australia on Contracts for the Sale of Goods.
