Terms & Conditions		Clickonprint Pro Terms and Conditions: 1. Completing this application form does not automatically grant you the Clickonprint Pro trade discounts. 2. Your application will be accessed to confirm that you are eligable for Clickonprint Pro membership. Clickonprint Pro is exclusive to Professional Photogrpahers operating photographic business, employed/contracted as a professional photographer or a full time graphic artist. Applicats must provide sufficient evidence. 3. Clickonprint Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline your application or cancel your Clickonprint Pro Membership at anytime at our discretion. 4. If your application is approved you will be notified by email. Your Pro Activation Code will be included in this email. 5. To receive the Clickonprint Pro discounts you must activate the software using your unique pro activation code. Any order submitted under the standard retail activation of the software are not eligible to receive the pro discount. Orders submitted prior to your Clickonprint Pro Membership approval are not eligible for the Pro discount nor will pro discounts on completed or submitted order be backdated. 6. Your Pro activation code is unique to your pro membership and may not be distributed to any other parties. Failure to comply with this condition will result in immediate cancellation of your pro membership and activation code. 7. The Clickonprint Pro discount is not available under the retail activation of Clickonprint Photobook Designer, it is only applicable under a valid Clickonprint Pro activation. Orders submitted under the retail activation code are not eligible to receive the pro discount. 8. Your Clickonprint Pro discount may not be used with any other voucher or special discount offer unless explicitly expressed by Clickonprint. 9. If no photobook orders are received in a 12th month period, Clickonprint Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel your membership. 10. If you wish to cancel your membership at any time this can be done by contacting Clickonprint via email to pro@clickonprint.com.au. 11. Credit Card payment is required for all orders at the time of submitting your order. We only accept Visa Card or Mastercard. Our Clickonprint Pro service is not a trading account between you and Clickonprint Pty Ltd. 12. Clickonprint Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the Clickonprint Pro discount or our RRP prices, You will be notified 21 days prior to any change. 13. No agency, no partnership. Acceptance of a Clickonprint Pro application does not imply or express any form of partnership, agency or joint venture with Clickonprint Pty Ltd. 14. The Clickonprint brand & logo are registered trademarks owned by Clickonprint Pty Ltd, are subject to international copyright and may not be used without expressed permission by Clickonprint Pty Ltd. 15.By submitting an order to Clickonprint, you agree that the images and content are free of any copyright infringement. 16. The images and content of any order submitted to Clickonprint Pty Ltd remains the property of the copyright owner. Clickonprint Pty Ltd will not use or repurpose any images or content without your expressed permission. 17. Clickonprint Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 18. By submitting this application to Clickonprint Pty Ltd you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your pro membership and activation code.
